A flat rate of $5.00US will be charged to each order placed.
All orders can take up to 10-15 days depending on the availability of the cards ordered.
We will accept responsibility if the item shipped is not commensurate to the item ordered, and/ or if the item is defective. The cost of the postage will also be added and included in your overall refund. Jamaica Greeting Cards, LLC will also ship the replacement package at its own expense.
If there are any indications that the cards have been tampered with in any form or fashion, a replacement will not be sent.
If a card is missing from your package, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package. We will make every effort to resolve the matter.
Ensure that your address is correctly entered, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that have been misplaced in the mail due to incorrect and/or insufficient addresses received from customers.
For items unclaimed and returned to sender, we will definitely reship to purchaser. However, the purchaser will incur the full additional cost for reshipping. We will include packaging to confirm that your order was previously shipped to the address that was originally provided, and its unclaimed status.
